Overview
Foodly is a food delivery mobile application that aims to solve the major painpoints of users of delivery services in metropolitan areas where such services are required. Users can choose which rider to deliver based on trust (or any other reason), can order custom foods (if allowed by the restaurants), can identify available foods and additions as necessary.
Problem
People want to order food and get it when they just want it. Many people had to wait hours for their food, while some will get what they did not order for. In most cases, frustrated users cannot communicate with their delivery agents and oftentimes are not in control of the delivery system. In addition, users find it exhausting to navigate major food delivery apps which can be really frustrating.
